Kremlin says will judge Trump presidency on 'concrete steps'

The Kremlin said Wednesday that it would judge Donald Trump, who has claimed victory in the U.S. presidential election, on his actions.

"We will draw conclusions based on concrete steps and concrete words," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists, adding that he was "not aware of the president's plans to congratulate Trump on the election" since the U.S. is an "unfriendly country."
