China lifts last Australian trade barrier

China has lifted a ban on imports of Australian live rock lobsters, demolishing the final barrier in a broader, multibillion-dollar trade war, Canberra announced Friday.

"When we came to office, there was Aus$20 billion (US$12 billion) in trade impediments. This is the last of those trade impediments," Agriculture Minister Julie Collins told reporters.
