UK King sends Trump personal congratulations: Palace

Britain's head of state King Charles III has sent a personal message of congratulations to Donald Trump on his inauguration as U.S. president, Buckingham Palace said Monday.

The letter reflected on the two countries' enduring special relationship, according to the palace.
