UN calls on US to reverse ICC sanctions

The United Nations said Friday it deeply regretted U.S. President Donald Trump's decision to slap sanctions on the International Criminal Court and urged him to reverse the move.

"We deeply regret the individual sanctions announced yesterday against court personnel and call for this measure to be reversed," U.N. human rights office spokeswoman Ravina Shamdasani said.
