Kremlin refuses to confirm or deny reports of a conversation between Putin and Trump

Russian news agency TASS quoted Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying on Sunday that he "cannot confirm or deny" reports of a conversation between President Vladimir Putin and his American counterpart Donald Trump.
