Macron expected at White House next week: US official says

French President Emmanuel Macron is set to meet Donald Trump at the White House next week, a U.S. official said Wednesday, as Europe scrambles to respond to the U.S. president's shift on the war in Ukraine.

"President Macron is expected at the White House early next week," a White House official told AFP on condition of anonymity.
