Bolivia's Morales launches presidential bid despite disqualification

Bolivian ex-president Evo Morales launched a fresh election bid Thursday ahead of polls in August despite being barred by the courts from seeking a third term.

"We will win," Morales said at a press conference in La Paz, announcing his run against incumbent President Luis Arce, whom he accused of political persecution.
