Final impeachment hearing for South Korea's Yoon begins

The final hearing in ousted South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol's impeachment trial kicked off in Seoul on Tuesday, an AFP journalist in the courtroom said.

Yoon was not present for the start of proceedings, the last before the Constitutional Court's eight judges go behind closed doors to decide whether to uphold his December impeachment.
