Kremlin condemns EU's 'confrontational rhetoric' on Russia

On Friday, the Kremlin condemned the European Union's "confrontational rhetoric" after the bloc's leaders agreed to boost its defenses at a crisis summit.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists that the EU is "positioning Russia as the main enemy," saying such "confrontational rhetoric" went against moves to reach a peaceful settlement in Ukraine.
