Kremlin says only agreed to halting energy infrastructure strikes

The Kremlin said Wednesday Russian President Vladimir Putin had only agreed to halting strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure after Donald Trump's envoy Steve Witkoff said the two leaders agreed to a ceasefire on "infrastructure in general."

Asked if the ceasefire is for strikes on energy targets or all infrastructure, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said: "On energy infrastructure facilities."
