Dollar extends tariff-fuelled losses as US inflation eases

The dollar fell further on Thursday after data showed U.S. consumer inflation cooled in March, accelerating losses caused by the fallout from U.S. President Donald Trump's stop-start tariffs.

The greenback dropped 1.5 percent against the euro and one percent against the UK pound.
