Taliban publicly execute two people for murder: Afghan Supreme Court

Afghanistan's Supreme Court said Taliban authorities executed two convicted murderers on Friday, bringing to eight the number of men publicly put to death since their return to power, according to an AFP tally.

The men were executed in front of spectators in Qala I Naw, the center of Badghis province, said the Supreme Court said in a statement.
