Snow blankets Bint Jbeil villages

Snowfall blanketed the majority of villages that are located 500 above sea level in the Bint Jbeil district.

Heavy fog swept the border mountainous highlands as frost covered many roads and temperatures dropped to 6 degrees in Maroun al-Ras.

This as the municipality’s trucks worked on opening the main roads.
