Pierre Daher: The entire country is targeted not only LBCI

Chairman and CEO of the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation International (LBCI) Pierre Daher asserted on Monday that the entire country is targeted and not only LBCI or the Lebanese media.

Daher’s comments were made during a radio interview whereby he noted that the Lebanese authorities have great influence and can affect the Lebanese public opinion and lead them to useless disputes.

On another note, Daher stressed that the electoral money does not save the media from its crisis.

The General Prosecution demanded on Wednesday to sue "Lahon W Bass" host Hicham Haddad for reportedly mocking the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman in his show.
