Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil said that “he does not think that there is any intention to change the location of the session,” explaining that what happened today is considered as constitutional jurisprudence.
“The work of the institutions will continue under the current difficult situation,” he said, adding that there is precedent for this decision.
“We cannot say that we entered a political vacuum,” he noted.
