Mansour: diplomatic formations are according to sectarian balance

Minister of Foreign Affairs Adnan Mansour said on Saturday that diplomatic formations are part of the Ministry's duties that take place on a yearly basis.

In a radio interview Adnan said that the formations were appointed according to sectarian balance regardless to political quotas.

"We do not deal with a person according to the political party he belongs to, neither to his political affiliation," he added.

Mansour pointed out that the expulsion of the Syrian ambassador is nothing but a demand from the opposition.
