13-year-old Mohammad Awada released in exchange for ransom

Kidnappers released on Monday 13-year-old Mohammad Nibal Awadah in exchange for a ransom estimated at $ US132,000. It is noteworthy that Awadah went missing 5 days ago.

In this context, the boy’s father, Nibal Awadah thanked the security forces, Speaker Nabih Berri, and Prime Minister Najib Mikati for their help in the release of his son.

“We are all aware of the country’s situation, we must thank God that the security forces united in order to help us,” he added.

The boy was snatched from outside his house in Ramlah Baydah on the 20th of February.
