Biden, Netanyahu discuss ceasefire and hostage deal; Harris joins call

In a call on Wednesday, US President Joe Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed ways to advance a potential Gaza ceasefire and a deal on hostages, according to the White House.

Based on the White House, the call, which was joined by Vice President Kamala Harris, examined the ceasefire and hostage release deal and diplomatic efforts to de-escalate regional tensions.
