'No plan B' to aid Palestinian refugees: UNRWA chief

There is no alternative to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), its chief insisted Monday, following Israel's order to ban the organization which coordinates nearly all aid in war-ravaged Gaza, in Israel and occupied east Jerusalem.

"There is no plan B," head of UNRWA, Philippe Lazzarini, told reporters in Geneva.
