Investigations confirm Nawwaf al-Hussein's involvement in Lebanon explosions
Preliminary investigations carried out by the Lebanese Army Intelligence Directorate under the military judiciary's supervision, proved on Monday that Nawwaf al-Hussein is involved in the explosions which are targeting Hezbollah's strongholds.

Days after al-Hussein was arrested in the Bekaa town of Jlala upon Omar al-Atrash's confessions, well-informed sources said preliminary investigations proved al-Hussein's involvement in transporting car bombs used in attacks on Lebanese regions.

This as, the Army Intelligence Bureau is following up on investigations to reveal other facts as well as the identity of those who used to help al-Hussein in transporting vehicles.

Sources told LBCI on Sunday that the LAF Intelligence bureau arrested suspect Nawaf Hussein after Omar al-Atrash confessed that he was involved in transporting explosive-laden vehicles used in attacks carried out in several Lebanese regions.

The Lebanese Army Intelligence arrested Omar al-Atrash Friday January 24, on charges of being involved in recruiting suicide bombers, smuggling rigged cars and explosive belts and planning terrorist attacks.

On Sunday 25 January, al-Atrash confessed to bringing car bombs, explosive belts and suicide bombers to Lebanon.
