Judge Imad Zein demands death penalty for Syrian arrestee, Palestinian fugitive

Military investigating Judge Imad Zein demanded on Tuesday the death penalty for the Syrian arrestee Mahmoud Kaaki and Palestinian fugitive Ahmad Tah on charges of belonging to the al-Qaeda affiliated Al-Nusra Front.

Judge Zein accused them of planning terror acts in Lebanon, and consequently issued arrest warrants against them.

He also referred the dossier to the permanent military court.
