The joint parliamentary committees will hold a session on Monday, with the most prominent items on their agenda being the "Capital Control" draft law.

Until this moment, no agreement has been reached between the political parties on a uniform form of the bill.

This as there is no optimism from deputies regarding the law, but there is a consensus that it should be passed.

Moreover, LBCI obtained information saying that Governor of the Banque du Liban Riad Salameh will not attend the session, knowing that the session will be held with or without his presence.
