UN spokesperson says developments in Lebanon cause severe concern

Stéphane Dujarric, the spokesperson for the United Nations, said on Tuesday that developments in Lebanon are causing severe concern amid the "highly volatile" situation.

He added that the UN regrets any civilian casualties.
