Lebanon's relief chief urges international aid amid recent Israel attacks

On Tuesday, the Secretary-General of the Higher Relief Committee, Maj. Gen. Mohamed Kheir stressed that most of the residents in the south and Lebanon need assistance.

"We urge international organizations to stand by us," he said.
