On LBCI, Lebanon's social affairs minister announces closure of Marjayoun Hospital, community struggles with service shortages

Lebanese Minister of Social Affairs, Hector Hajjar, informed LBCI on Saturday that Marjayoun Governmental Hospital has been shut down. "There is no clinic in the area, and we are without communication or internet lines," he said.

He further noted, "ATM machines for withdrawing money are not available, and we have moved to secure water pumps to address the pressing needs of the community."
