Israeli army says tank entered UNIFIL site in Lebanon during evacuation of injured soldiers

The Israeli army stated that one of its tanks entered a few meters into a site of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) while attempting to evacuate injured soldiers on Sunday.

In a statement, the army clarified that its actions did not threaten the UN peacekeeping force.
