Israeli army targets Hezbollah's Radwan Force facilities in South Lebanon

The Israeli army claimed on Tuesday that it targeted command and control complexes belonging to Hezbollah, including facilities of the Radwan Force in the Haouch area of southern Lebanon.

"Air Force planes, under the direction of the Northern Command, struck approximately ten command and control complexes belonging to various units of Hezbollah in the Haouch area of southern Lebanon, including headquarters of the Radwan Force," Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee noted.

"For a long time, Hezbollah has systematically seized civilian and religious areas throughout Lebanon to carry out attacks, putting the people of Lebanon at risk," he further claimed.

Adraee also affirmed that prior to the airstrikes, "numerous steps were taken to reduce the likelihood of civilian casualties."
