Qatar Fund grants $15 million to Lebanese Army, first fuel shipment arrives in Beirut

The Qatar Fund announced a $15 million grant to the Lebanese Army in September 2024 as part of Qatar’s ongoing commitment to support Lebanon’s armed forces.

The first fuel shipment provided by Qatar as part of this assistance arrived at Beirut’s port on Sunday, marking a significant contribution to aiding Lebanon amid its ongoing economic crisis.
