Massive fires break out in pine forests of Homsiyeh and Qaitouli in Jezzine district (Video)

A massive fire broke out in the pine forests of Homsiyeh and Qaitouli in the Jezzine district, prompting an urgent call for all available tankers to head to Qabaa and Homsiyeh to assist in controlling the blaze.

Civil defense teams rushed to the scene and are making substantial efforts to contain the fire, though strong winds and the spread of flames are complicating containment efforts.

It is worth noting that these areas are connected to the extensive pine forest in Bkassine, which is recognized as the largest pine forest in the Middle East.
