Israel's army claims airstrikes target Hezbollah sites in Beirut’s southern suburbs

The Israeli army claimed that it attacked Hezbollah targets in Beirut's southern suburbs.

"Throughout the night, Israeli Air Force planes, with precise intelligence from the military intelligence unit, launched airstrikes on command centers, a weapons production site, and other Hezbollah infrastructure in Beirut’s southern suburbs," Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee said in a post on X.

"Prior to the strikes, measures were taken to minimize civilian casualties, including issuing warnings to residents of the area," he said.
