Israel's army claims to continue operations against Hezbollah; strikes rocket launcher in South Lebanon area

Avichay Adraee, the Israeli army spokesperson, claimed that his country's military continues to operate against Hezbollah activities that "violate the agreements between Israel and Lebanon."

In a post on X on Wednesday, he said that the air force, under the direction of the Northern Command, attacked a rocket launcher in the Majdal Zoun area, South Lebanon.

Adraee added that the Israeli army also "destroyed weapons found in the areas of Khiam, Souaneh, and Aitaroun in southern Lebanon."

He alleged that the Israeli army is "committed to the ceasefire agreement, is deployed in southern Lebanon, and works against any threat that jeopardizes the State of Israel."
