Israeli army claims targeting Hezbollah infrastructure near Jusiyah border crossing in northern Bekaa

Avichay Adraee, spokesperson for the Israeli military, claimed on X that the Israeli Air Force carried out precise airstrikes targeting Hezbollah military infrastructure near the Jusiyah border crossing in northern Bekaa.

Adraee stated, "The airstrikes, directed by Military Intelligence, targeted military facilities near the Jusiyah border crossing. Hezbollah exploits civilian crossings, including Jusiyah, to transfer weapons from Iran via Syria for use in operations against Israel and its army forces in Lebanon."

He continued, "The Syrian regime oversees the Jusiyah crossing, which is operated by Syrian military intelligence. Hezbollah's Unit 4400, responsible for weapons transfer and cooperation, manages the transportation of these arms from Iran to Syria."

The spokesperson added, "The Israeli army will continue working to prevent the transfer of these weapons to Hezbollah."
