UNIFIL spokesperson tells LBCI: Peacekeepers continue to be deployed across their area of operations

The official spokesperson for UNIFIL, Andrea Tenenti, confirmed to LBCI that peacekeepers continue to be deployed throughout their area of operations to calm the situation in accordance with U.N. Security Council Resolution 1701.

Tenenti noted that UNIFIL continues to work in coordination with the Lebanese Armed Forces and supports their deployment in the south.
