UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to arrive in Beirut for talks

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is set to arrive in Beirut at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Upon his arrival, he will immediately engage in discussions with Lebanon's caretaker Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou Habib.
