Israeli minister tells Bloomberg: No immediate withdrawal from South Lebanon

Israeli Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer told Bloomberg that Israeli forces will not withdraw from their positions in South Lebanon in the near future.

He indicated that Lebanon's commitments do not merely involve keeping Hezbollah away from the border but rather entail disarming the group entirely.

Dermer's remarks come amid ongoing discussions regarding the timeline for an Israeli pullout.
