Kuwait: Fahd Al-Jarallah appointed as Finance Minister

The state news agency announced on Sunday that Kuwait has named Fahd Abdulaziz Al-Jarallah as the new Finance Minister, filling the position left vacant by his predecessor who resigned in July.
