Hezbollah condemns Abu Baqir al-Saadi's assassination: This crime is a blatant violation of Iraq's sovereignty

Hezbollah strongly condemns the assassination crime of the martyred commander Hajj Wissam Mohammad Saber (Abu Baqir al-Saadi) and a group of his brothers by the US army in Iraq.

Hezbollah considered in its statement the assassination operation as a continuation of the previous crimes of the US and its continuous aggression against the peoples of the nation in Iraq, Syria, and Yemen, and a flagrant violation of Iraq's sovereignty, security, and stability.

The statement said: "The resistance movements in the region have full confidence in the mujahideen from the sons of our Iraqi people who are determined to adhere to the path of resistance and liberation and to continue supporting and backing the oppressed Palestinian people, and the heinous assassination will only increase their determination to continue this path."

Hezbollah expressed: "We offer our deepest condolences to our brothers in the Kataib Hezbollah in Iraq and to the families of the martyrs, and we ask God to grant the dear martyrs high ranks and to grant their noble families patience, reward, and divine dignity."
