Pentagon says US Defense Secretary discussed regional developments with Israeli counterpart

The U.S. Department of Defense (Pentagon) said that Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin spoke with Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant to discuss regional security developments and reaffirm U.S. support for Israel in facing threats from Iran, Hezbollah, and other Tehran allies.
