Syria monitor says Russian airstrikes kill eight civilians in Idlib city

A Syria war monitor said strikes by Damascus ally Russia killed eight civilians on Sunday in Idlib, a bastion of rebels who have launched a major offensive against government forces.

"Russian airstrikes on Sunday targeted one of the camps for displaced people" in the city of Idlib, "killing eight civilians including two children and a woman, and wounding more than 50 civilians", the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
