Judge announces abstention from attending court sessions-[REPORT]

It's unusual for a judge to leave his court, and it's even more unusual for him to issue a circular announcing his abstention from attending court sessions.

However, when a judge declares that the judiciary “is in clinical death” and that the law cannot be used against those in power, his statements become also out of the usual.
