Senior Russian official accuses Ukraine of being behind Moscow attack

A senior official in the Security Council of Russia announced on Tuesday that Ukraine stands behind an attack targeting a music hall in Moscow, which resulted in 139 deaths, according to news agencies.

In response to a question about whether Kyiv or the Islamic State organization, which claimed the attack, is behind the assault that occurred on Friday, the Secretary-General of the Russian Security Council, Nikolai Patrushev, said, "Of course, Ukraine."
