Putin and North Korea's Kim sign strategic partnership treaty

Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un signed a "strategic partnership treaty" following their talks in Pyongyang on Wednesday, Russian state media reported.

The two signed a "Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty", according to Russia's RIA Novosti news agency. The Kremlin has not given details on the contents of the treaty.
