Russia attacked energy facilities in west Ukraine causing outages

Russia attacked energy facilities in Ukraine's western region of Lviv, the regional governor said Monday, as areas across the country reported fatal aerial bombardments.

"The enemy attacked energy facilities in the Lviv region. As a result, there are partial power outages in (the city of) Lviv and the region," governor Maksym Kozytskyi said on social media.
