Ukraine says hit Russian army plant in missile strike

Ukraine's army said Tuesday its missiles struck a Russian chemical factory that makes rocket fuel and ammunition in the Bryansk border region.

"Drones successfully distracted Russian air defenses, paving the way for missiles that hit the main targets," the Ukrainian military's Unmanned Systems Forces said in a statement, confirming a hit on a plant near the town of Seltso, more than 100 kilometers (60 miles) from the border.
