DR Congo President to address nation on Wednesday

DR Congo President Felix Tshisekedi will address the nation on Wednesday, state television announced in his first public statement since Rwanda-backed fighters occupied much of the eastern Congolese city of Goma.

"President Felix Tshisekedi will address the nation today in a highly anticipated address," state television RTNC said.
