Head of Zgharta Civil Defense to LBCI: Fire in Zgharta is arson

Head of the Civil Defense in Zgharta told LBCI on Tuesday that the fire that erupted in Zgharta’s forests is arson because “it is almost impossible to reach its site.”

He also noted that the Civil Defense extinguished 90% of the fire, warning however against the possible renewal of the blazes due to the strong winds.
