Political leadership orders army to halt airstrikes on Beirut following Netanyahu-Biden call, Israeli Public Broadcasting authority reports

The Israeli Public Broadcasting Authority reported on Sunday that the political leadership in Israel has instructed the military to cease airstrikes on Beirut.

This decision comes after a phone call between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. President Joe Biden.
