Israeli army claims targeting Hezbollah rocket launcher in South Lebanon

Avichay Adraee, the spokesperson for the Israeli army, claimed on X on Friday that the Israeli Air Force conducted an airstrike in southern Lebanon targeting a mobile rocket launcher operated by Hezbollah.

"A short while ago, an activity involving a mobile rocket launcher belonging to Hezbollah was detected in southern Lebanon. The threat was 'neutralized' through an airstrike by an Israeli Air Force aircraft," Adraee stated.

He added, "The Israeli army is deployed in southern Lebanon and is working to eliminate threats that endanger the State of Israel and violate the ceasefire agreement."
