Israeli army claims striking Hezbollah vehicles in South Lebanon

Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee claimed on X that Israeli Air Force jets targeted a truck and another vehicle belonging to Hezbollah in the regions of Al-Shaqif and Nabatieh in South Lebanon.

In his statement, Adraee said: "Israeli Air Force jets struck a truck and another vehicle belonging to Hezbollah that was transporting weaponry in the areas of Al-Shaqif and Nabatieh in South Lebanon. The Israeli army monitored the movement of the truck and vehicle before striking them as they were transferring weapons."

He added: "The Israeli army remains committed to operating within the understandings between Israel and Lebanon, despite Hezbollah's attempts to re-establish a presence in South Lebanon. We will take action to 'eliminate' any threats to Israel and its citizens."
