Israel claims airstrike targeted Hezbollah member in south Lebanon: Army spokesperson

Israel's army spokesperson Avichay Adraee said on Wednesday that earlier, "an Israeli airstrike targeted and killed a Hezbollah member in Aita al-Shaab, southern Lebanon, after he was spotted handling weaponry."

He claimed in a post on X that the Israeli military "continues operations to eliminate threats in line with understandings between Israel and Lebanon."
